Kate got to be a bird girl in the Seussical the Musical in her sixth grade play. She also helped me sew 35 costumes. The parents were in charge of producing all of the scenery, and all of the costumes for the play. We were able to rent some of the main character's costumes, however I got up in charge of all of the animals in the play. They gave me such a small budget so I had to get creative and sew a lot of them. It was a huge project, and I think I want to be done with costuming for a long time. As you can see from the picture though, the scenery, and costumes all turned out really great!
